These sessions are personalised to address your specific emotional, physical, and spiritual needs, offering deep comfort, peace, and healing during a deeply significant time in your life.
How do I get started with Soul Midwife services?
I offer a free 30-minute telephone consultation so we can discuss your needs, and so you can determine if my services are the right fit for you. During this time, we will talk about your current situation, what you hope to receive from the sessions, and any specific wishes you may have. This helps me create a service that’s completely aligned with your needs and desires.
If you feel called to continue, we can schedule the first of a series of 1-6 sessions, or begin with a single session depending on what feels right for you. Sessions can take place in person, online, or at your home, depending on your preferences and physical ability.
Do you need to be with me at the end?
The answer is both yes and no.
Yes, I can be physically present with you at the end, offering comfort, guidance, and holding space for you as you transition. This can be an incredibly nurturing and supportive time for you and your loved ones.
However, no, it is not always necessary for me to be there physically. My work as a Soul Midwife goes beyond physical presence. Even when I am not with you in person, I will still be deeply connected to your energy and soul, guiding you with love and care as you make your transition. Through meditation, prayer, and energy work, I offer spiritual support to help you find peace and ease during this sacred time.
Whether near or far, you are always held in my care. You are never alone, and I will be with you in spirit, guiding you gently and lovingly toward the next phase of your journey.
What happens when I die?
This is a huge question and one which we all want to know, so i shall address this question from a gentle and compassionate place, as well as i can to help you feel more reassured. From a spiritual perspective, many believe that death is not an end but rather a transition, a sacred return home. The soul or spirit is said to leave the physical body and move into another realm, energy state, or frequency, continuing its journey. This is often described as a return to the source, a reunion with the divine, or an experience of peace and pure love. For some, this process is understood as a return to the oneness of the universe.
In my practice as a Soul Midwife, I hold space for individuals to feel safe, supported, and at peace during this transition, regardless of their personal beliefs. For many, the dying process is deeply spiritual and transformative, even if they don’t have a specific religious framework.
The soul, energy, and consciousness may shift into a state of non-physical existence, where it continues its evolution. The way this is experienced can vary for each person, but many report feelings of lightness, freedom, and the presence of loved ones guiding them on the other side. It’s often described as peaceful, loving, and full of understanding.
What happens to my body after death?
When we die, our body undergoes a natural process. The physical body, which was once a vessel for our spirit, gradually returns to the earth from which it came. The body itself is not the soul; it is the temporary housing for our experience and consciousness during life. While the body may no longer function in the way it once did, it is deeply respected and honoured for the role it played in our physical experience.
Many people choose to care for and prepare their bodies in a loving way through rituals such as anointing, washing, or dressing the body. These practices bring peace, honour, and closure, allowing both the person who has passed and their loved ones to say goodbye in a loving, gentle and sacred manner.
The process of dying can be incredibly personal. While the soul continues its journey, the body is cared for and returned to the earth, often in ways that reflect the values, traditions, and wishes of the individual and their family. It is important to remember that there is no "right" way to experience this process, each person's journey is unique.
While we may not know exactly what happens after we die, the universal truth is that life is eternal in its energy form. This is a powerful and comforting thought, especially for those navigating grief and loss. Our bodies may be temporary, but our essence, the soul, is infinite.
As a Soul Midwife, my role is to help guide individuals through this sacred process with love, compassion, and respect for their personal journey. Whether you're approaching the end of life or supporting a loved one, know that you are not alone. We are all part of a greater, eternal cycle, and the transition into the next phase is not something to fear, but to embrace with understanding, love, and trust.
Does your work as my Soul Midwife stop once I’ve transitioned?
No, my work as your Soul Midwife continues beyond your physical transition. While your body may no longer be present, your soul's journey is ongoing, and I am here to support you during this sacred time.
After death, the soul may still need gentle guidance and support as it moves through the transition process. This can take time, often a period of three days, during which your soul might be adjusting to its new state.
I, along with other experienced Soul Midwives, continue to work with your energy, connecting in meditation and prayer, to help guide you home to the light. This is a delicate and profound process, one that is filled with compassion, love, and a deep understanding of the soul’s journey.
We hold space for you as you move through any lingering attachments or emotions, offering gentle comfort to ensure that your soul feels safe, heard, and supported every step of the way. Whether you are alone or surrounded by others, we remain present with you as you transition, helping you embrace peace and freedom as you embark on the next phase of your journey.
My role as a Soul Midwife is to ensure that you are lovingly guided, no matter where you are in your transition, whether it’s before, during, or after you’ve crossed over. This is a continuous relationship, and I am here for you every step of the way.
