The Aura

Have you seen or felt your Aura? Do you feel other peoples energy?

The aura is a subtle energy field that surrounds and radiates from the physical body. Each layer of your aura has it’s own energetic frequency and it is constantly changing based on your emotional, mental and spiritual energy.  Composed of different layers or colors, which may indicate certain qualities, emotions, or energetic imbalances, but for each person these colours can mean different things.

We are always connected to Source energy and we also carry our own personal life force or vital energy that flows within and around. Different systems and traditions have different names for this energy, such as ki, chi or prana. This spiritual energy is responsible for maintaining overall health, vitality, and balance in all aspects of a person's being - physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual. Practices like Reiki, meditation, yoga and Tai Chi are used to cultivate and balance this energy.

Just like the chakra system, it is important to cleanse your aura and keep it balanced and free from stagnant residual energy. Energy that is slow and sluggish, is what holds you back, makes you feel tired and run down, and gives you the feeling of treading through deep mud, and working hard to progress or get somewhere but having it feel like a constant struggle or work.

Have you ever witnessed an image to be blury like this? You were probably in a trance. This is exactly how you view the Aura. Through peripheral vision, a trance state, a soft gaze. So not through our normal vision. You can also perceive an Aura with your eyes closed if you practice.

Try seeing yours using the tips below.  Use a white background as this makes it so much easier.

Here are some tips on how to view the aura:

1. Relaxation: It is essential to be in a relaxed state to enhance your perception. Take a few deep breaths and calm your mind before attempting to view the aura.

2. Soft focus: Instead of focusing intensely on an individual's physical body, try to soften your gaze and look slightly beyond them. This can help you perceive the energy field surrounding them.

3. Peripheral vision: Instead of looking directly at the person, practice using your peripheral vision. This allows you to see the energy field without fixating on one point.

4. Experiment with different lighting: Dim or soft lighting can sometimes make it easier to see the aura. You can also try viewing the aura against a plain background, such as a white wall or the sky.

5. Patience and practice: Viewing the aura may take time and practice. It is essential to be patient and not get discouraged if you do not see it immediately. Regular practice can help enhance your ability to perceive the aura.

6. Trust your intuition: Sometimes, you may not see the aura clearly, but you may have a sense or a feeling about it. Trust your intuition and pay attention to any subtle sensations you experience while attempting to view the aura.

Remember that seeing or perceiving the aura is a personal experience, and not everyone will have the same level of sensitivity or ability. It is crucial to approach it with an open mind and without placing excessive expectations on yourself.
