Hello beautiful soul, I’m Leanne

I’m the founder of Holistic Care Durham and the channel behind Taren Frequency. I walk this path with deep reverence for spirit, nature and the sacred capacity we all hold to return to balance and wholeness.

My personal journey began in healthcare, working for over 16 years in the NHS as a nurse. That experience gave me a strong foundation in care and compassion, but I felt called to go deeper and to tend not only to the body, but to the spirit and deeper soul connection. Over time, I have trained and qualified in many holistic practices, and now bring them together into my work with clients every day.

My Work

I offer a blended and intuitive range of Reiki, massage, reflexology, regression, quantum healing, mentorship, seasonal circles, and vibrational products such as my Energy Mists. Each session is unique, blending touch, energy, oils, and presence to meet you where you are. Through Taren Frequency, I also channel collective meditations, light transmissions, and guidance which is a current of pure love and alchemy that moves exactly where it is needed. My work is never performance; it is simply allowing energy and spirit to flow through with compassion and trust.

My Path

As a highly sensitive and intuitive autistic woman, I experience the world deeply. I have come to see this sensitivity as a gift: it allows me to attune to subtle energies, channel insight, and hold space in a way that is very real, grounded and expansive and nature is my sanctuary and teacher. Much of my inspiration comes from the Earth, the seasons and the stillness in between. Whether I am teaching Reiki, guiding meditation, or blending oils, I work in rhythm with the unseen currents of life and spirit.
